針對近期山東菏澤曹縣在網上引發的關注，曹縣縣委副書記、縣長梁惠民公開作出回應。

5月17日上午，曹縣舉辦“智匯曹縣·創享未來”曹縣2021年返鄉創業人員座談會，縣長梁惠民在發言中說，“（近期曹縣的）短視頻比較火爆，有正面宣傳，也有嘩眾取寵的，甚至出現了‘北上廣曹’，這是網絡上的調侃。

但從另一個角度來看，這里面至少表現出兩層意思，一是大家非常關心來自家鄉的信息，關注家鄉的發展；二是家鄉的變化確實大，甚至有點讓大家不敢相信。”
